Well, there is no Times Square here, but we did have a beautiful starry sky all to ourselves.  We were asked to go desert camping with some friends and co-workers here.

No tent needed!  We borrowed some cots from some friends and set them up under the stars.

If you ask me, it was quite breathtaking and peaceful.  We all enjoyed it greatly, but it was actually quite cold as there was a strong breeze cutting through our sleeping bags.  Next time we will scrounge up some more clothes to wear overnight!  We were in an area with some large bolder formations so we were able to do some rock climbing as well.
